Meeting Mr Volk/ 1.5 hours/ £5 per child, including train ride
“Come and meet Mr Magnus Volk, Brighton’s most famous Victorian scientist as he reflects on his life of inventions and his life by the sea. Ride the train, see inside the workshops and explore the local seascape with our activity backpacks.”
Different activities for KS1 and KS2 groups. Learning based around heritage and engineering.
Santa Express School visit and workshop/ 1.5 hours/ £8 per child
Available for groups of between 20 and 60, scheduled to take 1.5 hours. Your students explore the history of the railway, make a Christmas stocking, ride the train, visit Santa in his grotto and get an individual present. Food is not included, but can be organised upon request. Appropriate for all year groups with gifts organised for age groups as needed. 11, 13, 14, 17 & 18 December 2018.
Independent visit/ 30 mins return ride/ £2.30 per child
