- Only one discount may be applied per transaction. Discounts cannot be redeemed with other discounts, promotional offers, or group/school rates.
- Discounts are only redeemable at selected stations. (Aquarium and Black Rock station)
- Discounts cannot be applied to upgrades of any kind.
- Discounts are only valid on selected ticket types.
- Discounts cannot be redeemed on shop merchandise.
- Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previously completed purchases
- Where applicable, discounts must be redeemed on the same day as the receipt is issued.
